• Digital products: Non-refundable after access is granted.
• Live training: Refund eligibility before program commencement.
• Subscription services: Non-refundable for partially used billing periods.
• Cloud credits and lab usage charges are generally non-refundable.

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled.

All course materials, videos, slides, templates, assessments, lab content, documentation, frameworks, trademarks, and branding remain the property of CloudlightNexora.

• Users retain ownership of submitted assignments.

AI-generated content, recommendations, code samples, assessments, and learning assistance are provided for educational purposes.

• Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

• Harassment, abuse, discrimination, spam, or disruptive conduct may result in account suspension or termination.
